The space
The Rosewood Suite is a newly refurbished first-floor flat offering a comfortable and convenient base in the centre of Droitwich Spa. Accessed by a short flight of stairs, it’s ideal for up to three guests, though it can accommodate four if required. Perfect for couples, small families, or professionals seeking a well-located stay.
As the building is shared with a small number of other flats, you may hear sounds from neighbouring apartments.
Bedroom: Bright and spacious room with a Super king bed, bedside tables, lamps, and a desk suitable for work or study. Fresh linen and towels are provided.
Bathroom: Modern en suite with shower, WC, and basin.
Additional toilet: A convenient extra WC is located on the entrance level.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all essential cookware and utensils.
Living area: Open plan lounge with sofa bed, smart TV, and a dining table for meals or work.
Capacity: Comfortably sleeps up to three guests, with space for four if needed.
For longer stays, additional cleaning services can be arranged for a small fee to keep your space fresh and comfortable.
Guest access
Guests have full use of the flat throughout their stay. Entry is secure and straightforward via a clearly numbered lock box at the entrance, with the apartment keys inside. Check-in instructions will be provided ahead of arrival for a smooth and easy experience.
Other things to note
Parking – Limited parking is available at the rear of the property, with plans underway to expand capacity. If spaces are full, paid parking is available close by.
Noise – The Norbury Theatre is located across the road and hosts music and performances into the evening (Usually on the weekend), so some noise may be heard.
Local attractions – The West Midlands Safari Park is a short drive away and makes for a great family day out. Local shops, restaurants, cafés and amenities are all within walking distance.
Transport – Droitwich Spa train station is nearby, providing easy connections to Worcester, Birmingham and beyond.
