Diamond Seal Group is a premium property management company based in Kent, offering guaranteed rent and fully managed accommodation for short to mid-term stays.

We specialise in working with landlords, estate agents and corporate clients to deliver income without hassle, and properties that are cared for like they are our own.

What We Stand For:

Our goal is simple: to protect your property while maximising your income. We offer landlords a hands-off, stress-free alternative to traditional lettings. Every home we manage is professionally maintained, cleaned regularly and occupied by respectful, pre-vetted guests.

How We Work:

We take on properties under flexible agreements starting from 12 months. We furnish and prepare them where needed and manage all guest bookings, cleaning, inspections and minor maintenance.

We allow guests to stay as needed, but strictly do not allow party bookings or any form of nuisance.
